These terms apply when you shop at Zenix Store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We try to show correct photos, prices and details. Small colour differences can occur because of lighting and screen settings. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). Prices can change, but the price at the time of your order is final.

Orders

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if your details are incorrect. We will inform you on WhatsApp if this happens.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives.

Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan. Delivery costs Rs.300 per order. Delivery is free on orders of Rs.5,000 or more. Please read our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and replacements

Returns and replacements follow our Refund and Returns Policy. You must complain within 24 hours of delivery and share your parcel opening video. Without the video, we cannot accept your complaint.

Your details

Please give correct name, phone number and address at checkout. Wrong details can delay or cancel your delivery.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The terms on this page at the time of your order will apply to your order.
