  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item)


5. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item sent was incorrect or defective
